Logistics Analyst - Space Station Freedom Program. Performed logistics

support analysis per MIL-STD-1388 for various subsystems. Developed

maintenance concepts and functional flows. Reviewed proposed designs to

ensure Reliability, Maintainability, Supportability goals and requirements

were met. Developed manpower estimates and manloading schedules.

Program Office Representative - Spanish Tanker Program. On loan to Boeing

Wichita at Boeing Mississippi Inc. (BMI). Represented the Program

Management Office, interfaced between BMI, the Spanish Air Force, and

Boeing Wichita concerning contractual issues, schedules, safety, cost, and

work performance. Developed and negotiated change proposals with the

Spanish Air Force.

Logistics Volume Manager - 6 major proposals. Developed outlines and

schedules, assigned authors and tasks, and directed the writing of numerous

logistics plans. Prepared supplier statements of work, analyzed their

proposals, supported fact-finding and negotiations, and wrote technical

evaluations. Developed cost estimates (manpower, support equipment,

spares, field support, maintenance, etc.), approved all logistics inputs to

each volume, and briefed the Customer. Supported Best and Final Offers,

ICS Operations Manager - Developed the B-1B Defensive Avionics System

Interim Contractor Support (ICS) Program proposal, supported US Air Force

fact-finding, and led the negotiation team. Implemented and managed the

ICS Program. Conducted annual fact-finding and negotiations with 5 major

subcontractors, 20 suppliers, and the US Air Force. Responsibilities

included Associate Contractor interface; subcontractor and supplier FAR

compliance and repair capability establishment; program planning and

scheduling; data management; training and repair procedures development;

and coordination of the contracts, quality assurance, safety, and

configuration management elements of the program.
