To Whom this May Concern:
Enclosed is my resume for your review. You will find that I have been
associated with different types of operations from small privately owned
companies to large union and SEC regulated corporations.
I'm currently employed with SanSur Renewable Energy as the General
Manager. We are a startup company with wind farm projects in Illinois and
Montana. My responsibilities include site selection, land option
agreements, all permitting, negotiating power take off agreements with
power / transmission companies and work with turbine manufacturers
concerning the EPC contracts. Also handle all State and Local meetings
concerning the project.
Last employed by AE Biofuels Inc. as an Operating Manager responsible
for ethanol site selection, permitting, site development, corn origination
contracts and nationwide rail road activities. Initially a Project Manager
on a consulting basis for Illinois Valley Ethanol with development duties.
IVE was purchased by AE Biofuels Inc.
Previously employed by Pacific Ethanol Inc. as General Manager for
operations of a large corn flaking facility and construction of a new 40
million gallon Ethanol Plant. Along with operations, duties included
safety, marketing, sales and all HR functions. Created and implemented all
safety and maintenance programs.
Director of Operations for Coast Grain Company in California and
Arizona. Responsibilities included four feed plants, one bakery plant and
one mineral plant as well as trucking and rail shipments. Responsibilities
expanded to safety and creating maintenance programs in all locations.
Completed construction of a new seventeen million dollar feed mill project
that included a 110 car rail unit unloading system in Madera California.
Guided sales and marketing of all feed products after completion of plant.
Represented Coast Grain as a board member of the American Feed and Grain
Association. (AFIA)

complete safety program that surpasses all OSHA requirements. Created a new
maintenance program to prevent unnecessary breakdowns. Reduced our staff by
a total of 62% in management and 48% in production since starting in May of
2000.
Managed the Butterball feed mill in Turlock, CA. for the ConAgra
Corporation. When assuming the responsibility of this mill, we had an
operating cost of over $16.00 per ton. Costs were lowered down to $12.41
per ton. ($ 707,230.00 saved annually) Ranking brought up from the bottom
of Agrimetrics (26) to the mid point of the survey (12). This was
accomplished through employee reduction (35%) and through streamlining the
departments of our operation. We improved our pellet quality 10%, which
exceeded our goals. (78% to 88% in the field)
While at Foster Farms, we completed fiscal year 1997 with our plant
$ 938,000.00 under budget. Completed two expander projects with a total
project value of $1,207,000. Started the groundwork for a $ 3.5 million
dollar railroad expansion. I also served on Foster Farms vehicle accident
