EXPERIENCE

WACHOVIA

Mortgage Consultant/ Retail Loan Originator/ Wholesale Broker with

Wachovia. I originated both conforming and non-conforming loans. I

marketed all the Wachovia and World Savings products and Wells Fargo

products. I also marketed Country Wide, Chase, and Long Beach (Washington

Mutual) sub-prime products. As a World Savings employee and I became a

Wachovia employee July 1, 2007 as a result of being purchased by Wachovia.

CHE FUNDING

Account Executive on the wholesale side. I established working

relationships with mortgage brokers in multiple states to fund their sub

prime loans. I did the review of their borrower's credit worthiness and I

would match them to various investors loan programs that would benefit the

borrower. I did the marketing and sales of those programs and our services

to respective mortgage brokers.
