Senior Business Analyst - Mack Inventory Management

Execute and Support team activities to optimize Service parts Inventory

levels and maximize Fill Rates. Report all day to day analytical

information including Inventory Levels, Fill Rates, Key Performance

Indicators and Action Plans relating to the areas causing a negative effect

on the department's daily goals.

I monitored, analyzed and reported all day to day analytical information

which is passed onto our Directors and Vice President. Some of my other

responsibilities include: Establishing the necessary steps to implement and

monitor new projects that will need to be supported by the aftermarket

(including Campaigns, Quality Journals, US07 and US10), ordering of rear

service axles to support trucks in the field, ordering of aftermarket parts

from the Volvo warehouse in Ghent, coordinating new parts / superseeded

parts which purchasing needs to source (GPS) and reporting weekly Key

Performance Indicators to Senior Management.

While at Mack Trucks Inc., I have worked in:

Parts Specifications - Support Dealers in the field who are looking for

technical assistance in finding a specific part or parts to repair a truck.

Sales Billing - Process MSO for trucks that were sold on a day to day basis,

including Fleet Sales and processing bank deposits for trucks sold the

previous day.

Customer Service - Support dealers in the field wanting to place orders for

parts needed to repair a truck down (VOR) or order parts for schedule

maintenance. This also included placing Ship Direct orders for a customer

who wants a part that was not available in the Warehouse.

Inventory Management - worked with an analyst to expedite parts for Regional

and Support Warehouses while trying to optimize Service parts Inventory

levels and maximize Fill Rates.

Actively participating as a team member, leader and coach for Operational

Development, a team based approach for continuous process improvement

change.

Utilized Mainframe and Server based networks complete day to day activities.
