hold open mechanism to correct a quality issue for Intel's CPU

connector.

. Redesigned ZIF PGA CPU connector assembly to reduce number of

components and assembly time. Eliminated pressed on retaining

washers to a snap together assembly, eliminating a major quality

issue for Intel.

. Resolved major quality problem causing Intel 20% field failures

with ZIF PGA connectors manufactured in Taiwan. Levers would not

fully actuate or latch the CPU in place.

. Successfully tooled additional manufacturing of product line

from Japanese Division for automotive industry.

. Successfully launched RF (Radio Frequency) connector program

with production in Mexico and USA.
