Responsible for performing an in-depth functional movement assessment (FMA) to help identify

what is keeping athletes from reaching their individual peak performance. The information

gained from the FMA is used to create a safe, scientifically-based and properly periodized

strength and conditioning program designed to fit each individual’s needs. Most athletes are

middle school and high school aged and engaged in multiple sports. Some have had previous

injuries that needed further rehab post physical therapy. I organized UPMC Sports Medicine’s

role in a multi-organization events with hundreds of athletes. I offered a variety of top

performance tests so athletes could gage their weaknesses and strengths. I was responsible for

over 300 athletes and 6 different sports training programs for South Fayette School District. I

also developed weight lifting and speed and agility programs assisting coaches in preparing the

athletes for their upcoming seasons.
