Human Resources Generalist

Advise management in areas of employment law, policy formulation,

employment authorization, compensation and benefits, payroll, company

policy, discipline, evaluations, promotions, and terminations.

Serve as the HR representative for employees for compensation, payroll,

insurance, immigration status, employment verifications and various other

personnel issues.

Recruit, interview, track and hire candidates for exempt and non-exempt

positions and assist the Management and Technical Recruiter in overall

hiring process which includes documenting and reporting of the recruiting

process as it relates to employment requisitions, resume tracking and data

entry, interview scheduling, notification and offer letters, new-hire

paperwork, employment verification, orientation and coordinate recruitment

Oversee and maintain posting boards with job postings, company

Develop and maintain the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

systems in accordance with corporate and regulatory requirements. Reviews,

edits, and writes standard operating procedures (SOP's).

Perform periodic audits of the SOP's for the purpose of identifying areas

Research regulatory requirements for international documentation.

Create customized documents to meet International Franchisees' special

registration needs.
