According to Indeed.com there is a current opening for an HR Administrative
Assistant at Real Career Advice that was posted in September 2010. I
recently finished a nine month volunteer term with the Christian
Appalachian Project in Mt. Vernon, KY and am looking to find a permanent,
paid position.
Being a recent graduate from an AACSB Accredited University with a
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, my knowledge of the
business field and related technology is current and up to date. Also, my
extensive experience in various sales related industries has aided me in
learning a wide variety of techniques and approaches used to problem solve,
build loyal relationships, and project a positive light on challenging
situations. In the past, my extensive knowledge of the position, my direct
and honest approach, sincerity, strong work ethic, high standard of quality
and perfection, and immense company loyalty has allowed me to project a
strong company image.
Every job thus far in my career has been Customer Service oriented. From
working fast food to caring for individuals' personal care needs, I have
always enjoyed dealing with people in a variety of settings. My friendly,
patient, persuasive, and calming personality has been a great asset when
dealing with customers, fellow employees, and when leading group projects.
Community based programs as well as School Clubs and projects have allowed
me to develop time management, organizational, and team leadership skills.
Being a full time student, working three jobs simultaneously, being
President of the Newman Club, Core Team leader for Lux Mundi, Volunteer
House Business Coordinator, and living in community puts my wide range of
skills to use on a daily basis.
