Manager of Enterprise Applications

Responsible for cost-effective delivery of all application services to six divisions across North America

plus Australia and Shanghai in support of a dynamic consumer product business, including the

implementation and integration of world class software solutions.

Successfully managed three ERP implementations (approx 20 person IT team) for acquisitions and

instance consolidation (Software implemented: JD Edwards 8.10, Manhattan WM outbound or third party warehouse via

EDI, Advance Forecasting, Cognos BI, EDI & iBolt integration, and Agile Product Lifecycle Management).

Key member of core team setting strategic direction for distribution and business case development, led IT

program for new central warehouse solution; phase 1 go-live very successful; $9.4M project over 22 months

Hired and led a high-performing, results-oriented team of 14 senior level systems managers, business

analyst, CNC, and developers as well as ad hoc consultant and technical support staff (staff both onsite and
