Chinese company entering into the Frozen French Fry business. Position focused on improving production
methods to ensure consistent quality and lower costs in the manufacturing of french fries. The company is
expanding capacity from 30,000 to 90,000 tons, which will make it the largest french fry company in China
and Asia.

Assumed responsibility for full plant operations along with control and authority in the development of

LAMB-WESTON DOGUS, Bolu, Turkey 1995 – 2002
A joint venture company between Lamb-Weston and Dogus Holding, Dogus Holding is the third largest
company in Turkey doing business in several business sectors. This company (LWD) purchased an existing
French Fry factory in Turkey.
General Manager/Country Manager
• Accountable for full P&L with direction of all business groups from agriculture through sales.
• Developed plan and oversaw construction of waste water treatment facility, completed project exceeded
environmental regulations.
• Implemented procedures, specifications and training for Quality Assurance department.
• Met with international customers quarterly to negotiate prices. This was necessary due to the high
inflation at the time.
• Successfully introduced new potato products to Turkish consumers, resulting in significant revenue
growth.
• Led major project to begin corporate potato farming in Turkey, imported farming equipment and leased
land.
• Oversaw construction of new high tech.20,000 ton raw potato storage.
LAMB-WESTON, American Falls, Idaho 1993 – 1995

formed product lines and 2 flake drums.
• Initiated equipment modifications and procedures to correct an on-going major quality concern on the
main fry line.
