QA/QC Painting Department, inspecting all new work that was on equipment, vessels,
piping and structral being put in as the project was being built, I had to make inpections
for hold points and to ensure that the work was being done per the scope of work that
TOTAL engineers had made these were called PARES, which was the correct paints,
milage, and proper surface preperation, all had to be documented and a job file was being
put together so that TOTAL would have to sign off on when completed.

painting, blasting of offshore platforms, as well as cost tracking, logistics, purchasing,
and overseeing a 8 man crew, we had started using UHP procedures,(water jetting), and
