Taiwan and China) to review sales objectives, forecast, pricing, new

product suggestions and customer visits. Follow-up with customers on

pricing, past due payments and quality issues that may arise. Update

product catalog annually. Create monthly newsletters for customers and

sales reps. Create catalog supplement on all new products added to product

line. Monitor monthly sales of current customer base. Review inventory

against current open purchase orders and schedule production of parts,

accordingly.

joining DRA, Inc.: 2004 sales were $40,000; 2005 sales were

$400,000; 2006 sales were $1.1 million; 2007 sales were $1.8 million
