development program, builders program, sales and marketing teams.

Responsible for all costs, schedules, and performance of activities related

to $40M program budget. Managed all phases of programs/projects from

inception through completion. Participated in the negotiations and creation

of engineering and site requirements, RFPs for vendor and consultant

contracts and contract changes. Managed and coordinated the preparation of

proposals, business plans, project specifications, and operating budgets.

Primary customer contact for program related activities leading program

review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and performance issues. Managed

team supporting marketing and sales in four Villages throughout Lakewood

Ranch Master Planned Community

. Direct responsibility for the Lakewood Ranch builder program,

builder/GC selection, design guidelines, architectural and landscape

review teams.

. Developed and executed annual marketing / advertising plan and

associated budgets ($1.2M) for Lakewood Ranch Communities, LLC

. Managed daily operations of Three Sales Centers. Supported two sales

managers, six sales associates, four community liaisons, and club

membership director

. Managed the design and construction phases of The Lake Club 32,000

square foot Clubhouse facility and associated amenities.

. Manage and coordinate with the CFOs office periodic reviews and

updates of the economic model (proforma) and related budgets.

Director Community Development Land Division.

. Responsible for the due diligence studies, metro studies and

engineering on 391-unit mixed use subdivision in Venice Florida.

. Managed all engineering and consultant resources during the

entitlement, site development and construction phases of the project.

. Created and maintained the site development proforma budget and

business case.

construction of the community clubhouse and amenities.
