PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Managed and supervised all aspects of construction related activities including overseeing subcontractors,
employee goal setting, RFI interactions, architectural reviews, plan review, document control, budget analysis,
and SOW interpretation.
Managed Ground up construction of 884 apartment units on 21 acres in two cities, including one three

story over podium building, two four story buildings, one leasing center, two fitness centers, three
swimming pools, and four Jacuzzi’s. Responsibilities included overseeing all phases of construction from
underground utilities to interior finishes. In charge of seven superintendents, five laborers, hundreds of
workers, numerous city officials and property management. Project completed on time and under the
$165M budget.
Supervised construction of two buildings consisting of 16 units that were damaged from fire,

completing project on time and within $2.3M budget.
Managed renovation of 623 apt units consisting of (9) buildings which included a 13 story high-rise

built on piles over a podium deck, (7) three story garden level buildings with wood frame structures over
podium deck, new leasing center, and (two) subterranean parking levels. Completed project on time and
within $50M budget.
Superior Wall Systems, FULLERTON, CA 2001 – 2004
PROJECT FOREMAN
Managed and supervised commercial construction projects thru all phases. Projects included tenant
improvements, apartment renovations, and revamping of retail stores. Responsible for field work orders,
tracking time and material for change orders, scheduling suppliers and crews, communication with inspectors,
property management, and owners, and approving time cards and invoices.
Managed the following major projects, ensuring that all customer specifications were met, and

projects were successfully completed within budget: Pacific Electric Building ($26M); Pegasus Building
($28M); Viceroy Hotel ($18M); Beverly Hills Hotel ($275K); Target / Palmdale ($240K); Target /
Lancaster ($265K).
