. Facilitated the capture of Managing Automation's Progressive
Manufacturing Award for the successful rollout of Plex-Online ERP
system, integrating core production, material planning, shipping and
receiving, shop floor recording, EDI, and Bill of Material processes.
. Established an effective Production Planning Department for Tomasco

While at Lance Inc. I have been able to bring the inventory levels to the
proper level. The on time delivery rating went from 73.6% to 99.7%. This
has been accomplished by devolving the Excel scheduling tool that makes
recommendations for the proper scheduled amount. Production daily results
have increased with the development and implementation of the item
sequencing tool that I have created using Excel. These tool proper
sequences the items which increases the production lines efficiencies.

Fast-track promotions through a series of increasingly responsible
positions for this Tier 1 automotive supplier of glass products.
Production Scheduler / Senior Staff (1995-2003)
Drove the major automation and optimization of scheduling and inventory
management functions across complex, fast-paced production environments to
reduce costs, maximize customer satisfaction, enhance on-time delivery,
and minimize inventory investments. Analyzed and evaluated work orders,
equipment capacity, raw material availability, and resources to determine
appropriate production strategies. Planned, forecasted, and ordered raw
materials from glass suppliers. Collaborated with suppliers to confirm
delivery and resolve issues.
Challenges: Advanced and chosen to new position to establish, manage,
review, and enhance master schedules across 3 production lines within the

products.
. Collaborated with development team to upload inventory data from MS
Excel to MAPICS to enhance month-end inventory. Developed MS Access

Production Staff (1994-1995)
Chosen to newly established role to roll out preventive maintenance
procedures across lamination and expansion lines in response to rapid
growth. Planned and coordinated efforts of maintenance personnel in
analyzing, troubleshooting, and upgrading equipment and software across
complex automated environments to minimize downtime. Based upon success,
given additional responsibility to resolve delivery and quality issues
with vinyl raw materials obtained from suppliers. Introduced automation to
enhance the purchase, tracking, and resolution of issues with raw
materials.
SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENT:
. Designed and implemented the Vinyl Ordering System to track the
purchase and quality of received products, which increased on-time
delivery by 2-fold while enhancing quality and reducing inventory.

Recruited as Production Associate and advanced to Production Team Leader,
within one year, to oversee team of 20 in manufacturing custom laminated
glass in adherence to customers' specifications. Tracked and monitored all
aspects of operations across multiple lamination pre-process and after-
process production lines supporting Toyota and Isuzu customers. Analyzed
and resolved all quality, scheduling, delivery, and performance issues.
