secure IT services. Led the mission needs identification, IT systems design, and systems certification and
accreditation of OST's business management systems. Conceptionalized, authored and led the implementation of
OST's capital planning, system life cycle development (SDLC) and information systems security policies and
procedures.

As program manager, successfully developed and implemented the DOI - OST $7M financial lockbox
for the collection of Indian Trust funds and DOI’s $4.5M enterprise information portal initiative.
