creating information software that controlled and reported on multiple programs. These programs related
to fundraising drives for the Restorative Justice Committee. I wrote and edited the monthly Health and
Wellness newsletter. I also created various recreation programs such as the distance running club, the
debate club, and several versions of fitness programs for an eclectic demographic.
2005-2006 Parts Depot: Swift Transportation. Supervised the parts depot for CME, a subsidiary of Swift
Transportation. Responsible for recording sales and parts shipments of a $1.3 million inventory of tractor
and trailer parts. Maintained payroll hours for 90 mechanics using Windows software platforms.
Designed and constructed an outdoor parts storage pavilion using tubular steel and sheet metal roofing
which encompassed 10, 000 sq. ft.
2002-2003 Customer Service Representative: Safety Services Company: Designed databases and spreadsheets to
store customer information for telemarketing company using Windows software platforms. Maintained
billings and accounts payable/receivable using Peachtree Accounting software. Operated and maintained
Bowes automated mailing system for monthly subscription mail-outs and direct marketing campaigns.
Created a library of over 300 safety related topics by writing and editing safety discussions used by
contractors and manufacturers as part of their OSHA safety programs.
1989-1991 Production Analyst: UNICOR: Overhauled the antiquated production and inventory control system of a
Leavenworth wood furniture factory. Reduced order delinquencies to less than .01%, eliminated
$600,000 of excess inventory in three months using a just-in-time materials ordering system, and reduced
quality control rejections by 14%.
1980-1983 Cabinet Maker: Constructed office furniture and custom designed cabinets from solid wood and high
grade veneers. Also constructed a line of plastic laminate furniture using chemical cements and high-
pressure laminates.
