KSMQ TV: Producer/Director
January 2008 to Present
I am responsible for generating, creating and broadcasting of original
local programming. Organize program content, establish hosts, book guest
appearances, write content information and promotional materials,
coordinate, schedule and train volunteers. Work with various business
establishments and their involvement with the station and programs. Shows
produced, directed and developed include Racial and cultural diversities,
family concerns as well as farm and gardening.
CPPP-Center for Policy, Planning and Performance: Administrative Assistant

I assisted with bookkeeping, maintaining and developing avenues of
distributing information. Handling phones, answering questions helping to
conduct meetings and organizing feedback. I organized a multi campus
teleconference involving a young woman's projrect.
Comcast Television & CTN Studios: Television Production Assistant
May 2001 to September 2006 & May 2007 to January 2008
I assisted with production needs for various broadcasts including St. Paul
Saint's baseball, Minnesota Thunder Soccer and other various local
programming throughout the Metropolitan area including events such as St.
Paul Saints championship games, NSIC Women's Volleyball as well as NSIC
Men's & Women's Basketball Championships.
National Camera Exchange & Video: Video Department Manager
November 2000 to December 2006
I was in part for responsibilities including daily managerial duties
throughout the store such as interviewing prospective employees, writing
reviews, completing inventory analysis, training and customer service. I
also qualified my customer's for photographic & video equipment and
accessories suited for their individual needs. I facilitated video seminars
for customers and employees, as well as co-authored the outline used for
the training seminars. I was an integral part of developing and
implementing the video seminars for customers as well as staff and customer
training.
Hopkins High School: Video Support Paraprofessional
November 1998 to August 2002
I Assisted school staff and students to incorporate video into curriculums
and projects designed to further enhance the educations of students. In
addition, I was involved with TV/video services for the high school and
school district. I also worked with students and parents concerning
recruitment videos and increased popularity in program and helped to
produce a "cultural festival" with students from Africa.
NWCTV - Cable 12: Director/Co-Producer
November 1996 to May 2000
I directed and co/produced a multi-camera, live morning news program.
Responsibilities included directing and monitoring the live on-air
appearance, time management, writing scripts, video production, graphics
and lighting. Supervised the crew, and assisted master control with their
programming and commercial production. I co/produced and develop new
segments for show such as a cooking segment as well as promotional spots
for the program and station.

August 1994 to June 1997
I directed multi-camera live television broadcasts. Responsibilities
included recruiting, staffing, reviews, interviews and training. I
developed a scheduling system for on/off air staff. I supervised personnel
and production set-up. I developed a scheduling concept for directors and
other personnel. I trained staff for development and advancement.
