As Store Information Manager, one of my most notable achievements was to
reduce shrinkage for our store to less than 1.5%. Another notable
achievement was the rollout of Personal Book, a system that tracks customer
purchases at the point of sale in order to allow sales associates to
provide a greater degree of customer service in order to increase profits
through additional sales. As part of this rollout, I was directly
responsible for organizing, scheduling and training all team members (600+)
on this system, including additional training for target groups as
necessary. 2006 offered the opportunity to pilot a stock team to meet the
needs of the store collectively. This added an additional 15-20 people to
my department. Other accomplishments include:
