Maintenance Manager - Hiring, training, supervising, evaluating and scheduling service

team. Coordinate and oversee all work by subcontractors. In charge of physical condition

of building diagnose and perform major/minor and routing maintenance/repairs correctly

and in a timely manner. Budgeting, inventory control; coordinate safety meetings work

closely with Community Manager in all aspects of property and service team.

Maintenance Technician - Worked closely with Maintenance Manager on work orders,

which included plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpet, appliance repair and exterior

maintenance and interior repairs of building.
