Developed strategies to increase productivity and reduce waste in the
airline catering industry. Searched and implemented best practices to

products. Scope of work included planning, research, testing,

budgets up to $5 MM. Worked with packaging machinery suppliers to
accurately convey specification requirements and solve technical
difficulties. Prepared capital funding requests. Prepared technical
documents such as Request for Proposals, User Requirements Specifications
and Qualification Protocols, among others. Evaluated pharmaceutical
equipment and recommended improvements to specifications. Performed Factory
Acceptance Tests in manufacturers sites to ensure equipment's functionality
and reliability prior to use. Selected as member of Pfizer's Americas
Packaging Bottle Sub-Team to offer recommendations to the company about new
technologies available in the market. Accountable for the successful
transfer of Detrol product from one low speed line to one high speed line,
including tooling, purchasing of equipment and commercial lots validation.
Performed successful implementation of Radio Frequency Identification
(RFID) technology to avoid counterfeiting. Performed successful

production forecast. Participated as key player in the launch of one of the
most successful products in the pharmaceutical history. Increased

and electronic devices testing area. Supervised 15 employees including one
