budgets up to $5 MM. Worked with packaging machinery suppliers to

accurately convey specification requirements and solve technical

difficulties. Prepared capital funding requests. Prepared technical

documents such as Request for Proposals, User Requirements Specifications

and Qualification Protocols, among others. Evaluated pharmaceutical

equipment and recommended improvements to specifications. Performed Factory

Acceptance Tests in manufacturers sites to ensure equipment's functionality

transfer of Detrol product from one low speed line to one high speed line,

and electronic devices testing area. Supervised 15 employees including one

electronics engineer, one process engineer and electronic and mechanical

inspectors. Generated new procedures to enhance the manufacturing

processes. Achieved certification of a clean room class 10,000 facilities
