Relevant Experience

I have experience in a variety of different services. I was a

pre kindergarten teacher for two years. I then I evolved into the mental

Health eventually going in mental correction rehabilitation. I started

in the field of, MRDD early in 1999. I was a Program Director were I

hired trained and supervised Direct care staff. While the Majority of my

time was successfully overseeing operations of several R.F.W. homes or

group homes. These homes were regulated by, State licensure, and I did

not receive any citations in years and I had little turnover of

employees. I was sent to other homes to improve their quality of

assurance. I was voted by staff, consumers, guardians the, Presidential

award for my services to Individuals with development disabilities. I

eventually went to start up an agency as an owner partnership. I gained

a lot of experience starting up supported living services through

Central Ohio. I was successful in breaking language bearers by

assisting family members by being bilingual in Spanish and implementing

specialized hearing impaired service.

In 2004 I eventually went to start up an agency as an owner

partnership. The agency was called; Trevn Residential Services LLC.I

gained a lot of experience starting up supported living services through

Central Ohio. I was successful in breaking language bearers by assisting

family members by being bilingual in Spanish and implementing

specialized hearing impaired service. 2009 I started my own agency

certified by, Ohio Dept. of Development of Disabilities to provide

service to individuals throughout the state of Ohio.

In 2010 I was I became a certified School Bus Driver through

Columbus City Schools. Soon after I certified my own agency by the

State of Ohio board of DD to provide Non Medical Transportation.
