A historically African-American land grant university, with 2900 students
and 900 employees. Accepted a challenging project to determine feasible
expenditures for purchase cards and grants. Completed an account
reconciliation review of prior internal audit recommendations. Researched
and analyzed cost savings initiatives to offset $8M plus state
appropriation reduction and declining student enrollment. Created a plan
for expense reductions with telecommunications and copiers. Coordinated
