Job Description-
Sams Clerk- Prepare work order requests for equipment needing maintenance. Open and Close Work Orders for
Companies upon request. This involves creating work orders and preparing paperwork for personnel to turn-in their
broken Equipment to be repaired.
Fuel and Dispatch POC- This involves maintaining all company fuel keys and dispatches. Create spreadsheet for
unit's fuel usage and prepare for Brigade broken down by each company. Make sure all companies turn in their
dispatches to on time monthly. Then take the completed packet to brigade to include, dispatch copy, monthly fuel
usage and a copy of all receipts. Responsible for all inspections conducted within this area.
Unit Work Order POC- Provide document numbers for all maintenance requests within the BN. All work orders go
to Shaw. Have to track this weekly, report to Brigade our Top 5 unit work orders. Must call in status weekly to
make sure the unit has this for their weekly meetings. Must track this process on excel spreadsheet and update upon
changes.
Unit Hazmat POC- Unit Hazmat POC- Serves as Manager of the Hazardous Waste Program;Make sure the unit is
in compliance with the regulation or SOP for Brigade. Make sure there are no hazardous materials left out in the
open. Make sure the unit's hazmat locker is maintained and kept up to date with the proper paperwork. Responsible
for all inspections conducted in this area.
Supply Clerk- Handle daily requests for unit personnel for supplies, issue and requests. Assist in supply pickups
from the warehouses and also in office.
