? Performed initial installation of Busch Analytics mortgage servicing

valuation software which used 125.000 record FoxPro database. The

project required extensive data development experience and database

administration skills. On a monthly basis the portfolio was

performance modeled under various interest rate scenarios to determine

potential impairment. Also used the software to participate in

valuations of multi-million dollar purchased servicing rights as well

as test for reasonableness of bids to purchase portions of our own

portfolio.

Conducted multiple costing studies on both product line and

departmental basis for productivity analysis. Maintained the Mortgage

Bankers comparison data for benchmarking high-level ratios with other

mortgage servicers and originators our size. Put together multiple

master-subordinate spreadsheets on a network to facilitate budgeting.

? Participated in design and coding of internally developed line of

business profitability system written in Eztreive. Conversion to

commercially available software changed responsibilities from

primarily technical to a true senior financial analyst. Developed

advanced cost allocations and transfer pricing methodology, leading to

full responsibility of all Strategic Business Unit and Retail Product

profitability reporting. Assisted in production of one-year and five-

administration and coded most data extracts using Eztreive under

MVS/TSO. Responsible for the introduction of risk based capital

analysis to the strategic reporting process. Leader Federal was one of

the first savings institutions to use the concept, which is now

As the senior analyst I was involved in a wide array of analytical

projects. Worked closely with marketing to assist their financial

projections when introducing new products. Assisted Interest Rate Risk

Analyst to develop data feeds, and performed monthly interest rate

risk analysis using the Sendero Asset/Liability management software

when primary analyst was unavailable. Was involved in due diligence

for potential branch purchases, and performed the discounted cash flow

analysis to determine a bid price. On a quarterly basis presented a

company wide review of strategic unit and product profitability to the
