OBJECTIVE: Seeking a position with an established firm with an opportunity
to utilize and refine my skills as a quality manager, manufacturing
engineer, business manager and project manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Over twenty years of work experience with thirteen years in Quality
Assurance. My background includes statistical process control, customer
and supplier relations, and management of supervisors and lab personnel. I
have implemented a Total Quality Management System, which includes a
Quality Manual, Procedures, and Work Instructions, which meet ISO 9000:2000
guidelines. I served as Coordinator of Continuous Process Improvement
efforts which included facilitator for process improvement teams and
providing coaching and training to team leaders and members.

Own and manage business, which provides electrical services to
residential and commercial customers. Handle all aspects of

accounting and employee hiring and training. Established an
accounting system using Quickbooks.

Technologies
Worked on a contracting basis as a consultant for internal
production related quality issues. Set up process procedures
for ordering and incoming inspection. Handled corrective
action's with suppliers. Completed monthly metrics for sales
department.

operation which includes: implementing a quality system with

incoming, in-process and final inspection, supervising quality
technicians in the day-to-day operations of the quality
