Construction Manager for new and remodel negotiated, design / build
projects including subcontract negotiations, purchase orders, scheduling,
change orders, draws and payouts. Provided conceptual estimating and
budgeting including consultation with our design division on materials,
finishes and structural elements.
ShopKo Stores, Inc. Green Bay, Wisconsin February 1993 to
May 1996
Owner's Representative and Liaison between Design, Contractors and Store
Operations for new and remodel construction projects. Oversaw remodeling
activities to minimize impact and provide for the safety of store patrons.
Maintained budgets and schedules. Selected contractors, authored change
directives, approved draws and contract close-out.

In addition to project management duties was responsible for concrete,
masonry and carpentry crews production including material purchases and

RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE - Wauwatosa, Wisconsin
New construction of hostel for families of children receiving medical
treatment at local hospitals.
Acted as construction manager and also coordinated donations to
building fund
from subcontractors and material suppliers. Three stories. $2.1
million.
BETHESDA LUTHERAN HOME - Aurora, Illinois
Residence facility for mentally handicapped adults.
Design / build project was originally $500,000 over budget.
Project was redesigned and brought into budget. 45 beds. 28,000
square feet. $2.2 million.
ERIN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - Hartford, Wisconsin
Design / build project consisting of a 22,000 square foot addition
and 10, 000 square feet of renovation to existing school facility.
$1.8 million.
NORRIS ADOLESCENT CENTER - Mukwonago, Wisconsin
Two design / build projects including a new 10,000 square foot
administrative office building
and a 6,000 square foot addition to a student dormitory. Total
construction cost of $1.7 million.
PRESCOTT PUBLIC SCHOOLS - Prescott, Wisconsin
Two building project including gymnasium and classroom additions and
renovations
to Malone elementary and Prescott Middle School. Total construction

WISCONSIN ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY - Milwaukee, Wisconsin
General construction of a post-tensioned concrete parking structure.
Work done was first phase of a multi-million dollar project managed
by Boldt Construction for WEPCO.
