manufacturer serving customers in diverse global markets. I was recruited to work on a large scale

Global ERP implementation.

Project Management

Develop and manage full life cycle recruiting program with a $1.2 million budget

• Partner with the IT client group and Human Resources to develop, implement and execute

recruiting strategies to achieve required staffing levels and support the Company's strategic

direction and growth objectives.

Responsible for short and long-term recruitment planning, resource allocation and

deployment,

• All aspects of the recruitment and selection process for assigned client groups, including

sourcing candidates, interviewing, and negotiating and closing the hire.

• Define position requirements, job competencies and candidate profiles in collaboration with

the hiring manager.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and collect candidate feedback from hiring managers.

• Prepare, negotiate and extend offers to candidates.

Develop and manage the Partnered staffing relationships for 40 external recruiting vendors for

the Americas and Europe. This includes negotiating contracts; provide job descriptions and

communicating progress of applicants.

I have been successful in hiring over 60 permanent employees in twelve months.

• Hired 25 contractors in 12 months including 10 offshore developers in India.

Reduced contracting costs by $600,000 by utilizing independent contractors versus Big 4 vendors.

• Reduced budget by 50%, reduced agency fees by 20%, reduced travel expenditures by 40%, reduced

time to hire by 70%, reduced overall cost per hire by over 50%.

Increased productive interviews by improving the screening process and improving hiring ratio
