. Develop and implement all production schedules to maximize
efficiencies and minimize costs. Manage production to meet customer
requirements and achieve plant KPI goals.

all inventory for the mill as well as the Rail Products subsidiary.

goods inventories, verifying data for inaccuracies.

Superintendent, Production Planning, Warehousing and Shipping (1992 -
2006)
. Managed overall warehousing and shipping operations at the Sand Springs
Mill, including coordinating customer requirements for shipments by
rail, truck or barge. Prepared and manage annual budget.
. Provided leadership to staff, including a clerk, dispatcher, general
foreman, shipping foremen, warehouse (shear) foremen and bargaining unit
(union) hourly workforce. Exercised responsibility over Rebar
Fabrication Department.
. Coordinated production and shipment of billets to sister facility at
Joliet, Illinois and outside billet sales.

forecasts, changing priorities, revisions and cancellations. Managed

. Interacted with the sales department daily to insure optimum inventory
composition and level that will meet customer's needs and satisfy
company objectives in controlling cost of inventory and inventory turns.
. Functioned as Corporate Traffic Manager; negotiated rates with railroads
and trucking companies and resolved traffic and logistics issues.
