. Detect and apprehend persons violating state statutes
relative to retail theft, misuse of Macy's credit cards and
any other criminal statutes which apply in situations
involving the protection of company assets. Support the
store's efforts in providing the best customer service
within a controlled environment so as to ensure maximum
sales at the highest profit rate attainable. Investigate any
criminal violation against the person or property of any
customer or associate committed on company premises. Have
knowledge of and maintain strict compliance with the law and
