top 100 national builders in a very competitive market. Orchestrated a

sales process that has shown an increase of over 400% for 2006 YTD.

Instituted a continuous improvement program to drive the entire sales

process from conception through installation. Managed a staff of 10 and

subcontractors. Kohler shut the division down.
