Overview
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Career including twenty
plus years of progress with an automotive emphasis. Starting from the
ground floor and progressing through the Parts, Rental, Sales, and Finance
Departments, advancing to General Manager and part-owner of a new car
dealership. Career then grew to larger dealerships and then to one of the
largest used car chain operations in the nation as a regional buyer.

satisfaction index rating (top 5% of our dealer group). Lead our dealer
group in light truck sales, program car sales, and extended warranty
penetration. Service and Parts Departments lead customer surveys in our
dealer group and Service Department secured several fleet service
contracts. Fleet sales grew to top in our market area including medium duty
trucks. Developed strong rental car operation and established a trustworthy
and honest image of the dealership within the community.
Sales Department: Established and maintained a loyal, motivated work force
with low turn-over. Followed strict criteria for inventory turn. Stayed
current with manufacturer data on popular inventory and forecasted
successfully. Personally attended auctions to stay current on used
inventory values for both purchasing and liquidating purposes.
Finance Department: Maintained a strong relationship with a number of
lenders in procuring auto loans. Had leading extended warranty sales and
credit life penetration.
Service Department: Ford, General Motors and Honda training. Turned a
consistently unprofitable department around in 2 months. Established new
sales record and raised CSI to top 10% in district. Managed 20 service
