to intuits back end payroll system (AS400)
• PSB data was used by the CRM team, Sign up, Set up and On-boarding team internally in Intuit.
It is a 100% automated system which syncs customer payroll data between the AS400 and CRIS
Siebel database (built on oracle).
• Both systems had an SLA of 99.99% uptime and utilized an automated system health monitoring
and reporting mechanism with a dashboard in Intuit’s Data center.
