WORK HISTORY

. July 2010 - Current, Mechanical Design Engineer, Independent Contractor

to Hale Products, Inc., Conshohocken, PA

Design and supervise the fabrication of Firefighting Pumping Trailer and

Skid units for harsh weather environments

. June 2007 - February 2010, Mechanical Design Engineer / Piping Designer,

RPA Associates, Inc. contracted to Carpenter Technology, Reading, PA

Design and supervise mechanical installation of (4) Polypropylene Copper

Sulfate tanks and (1) Polypropylene Electrolytic Clean tank for the Strand

Copper Line.

Design and supervise mechanical installation of a polypropylene pre-

rinse/rinse tank for the Bright Strand Line, including relocating a

recirculation pump and installing (2) new recirculation pumps.

Design and supervise installation of foundation, degreaser tank, piping and

heater rack

Design and supervise installation of re-routed piping and splash guards for

safety initiative for the high speed brush degreaser tank

Design and supervise installation of foundation piers, pump foundations,

pumps, cooling tower and piping for the dual air compressor building area

Currently re-designing copper sulfate and nickel strike tanks for the

copper strand line

Responsible for walk-downs of the acid piping tunnels during shutdowns

Design and supervise installation of the macro etch fume scrubber vent

Update all as-built drawings from previous jobs

Design Firefighting Pumping Skid and Trailer units for harsh weather

environments, such as Costa Rica, Antarctica, Kuwait, Ecuador, etc.

Design fire pump adapter castings using SDRC

Design fire pump testing fixtures

Design stainless steel valve seals, valve stops, and complete valve

assemblies with valve adapters in SDRC

Update all the fire pump drawings to incorporate "world" standards

Design brackets and fixtures for ease of pump assembly

Design piping manifolds for the CAFSPro (Compressed Air Foam) system.

pipeline group

Designed various process areas in hydrocarbon, air and electronics plants

Designed Fluorine Cell expansion area and cooling lines at Air Product's

Hometown, PA plant via field measurements, tie-ins and consultation with

plant manager and plant engineers. Duties involved building equipment in

PDS, process piping, field work, generating Isometrics, Orthographics,
