This is a re-implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 from an existing

PeopleSoft 7.5 instance. PeopleSoft is one of four databases in production

at Customer from which human resources and payroll data will be migrated.

The implementation of the applications below will occur simultaneously

during an approximate seven (7) month period commencing on or about March

1, 2010 and going into production on or about September 14, 2010.

As a Senior Consultant my role in ths project to lead from offshore

complete deliverables. Working with onsite team to understand overall scope

of the project and plan the offshore deliverables.

. Review the Project plan and Project Charter to consider the scope,

timelines, deliverables and overall project expectation.

. Attend daily calls with core Onsite team in understanding the Project

Status and address any functional issues.

. Plan the offshore contribution according to the onsite expectation.

enormous reports and interfaces running weekly after the payroll which

offshore has been suggested which is due to be accepted by the client side.
