PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

President - Diamond Home Builders, Little River, SC 2002-2010

Developed and operated a residential construction company.

Responsibilities included marketing, design and construction,

management, implementing safety programs and working in-depth with

clients. Projects ranged from $200,000 to $1,000,000.

Senior Project Manager - Muss Development Co., Forest Hills, NY 1987-

2001

Coordinated with design team while overseeing the construction of

multiple multi-million dollar projects in NYC. Responsible for

project estimate and sub-contractors, maintaining quality standards

and specification compliance. Implemented project safety program.

Provided engineering and expedited design and construction issues.

Projects included buildings in metro NYC, from low-rise to high-rise,

involving residential, retail, commercial and hospitality.

President - Bennett Construction Services, Titusville, NJ 1981-1987

Owned and operated a specialized construction/service management

company. Projects included residential, commercial and industrial

buildings and often required unique engineering procedures.

Partnered with Land Ventures Ltd., in a large housing development

where I assisted the engineer in the planning and approval process.

Responsible for estimates, schedules, budgets and construction.

Senior Project Manager - Stylist Contracting and Engineering Co.,

Stylist Universal. S.A., Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

1976 -81

Stateside: Managed operation of construction division for multi-

faceted group of companies.

Responsible for marketing and overseeing construction generated by

sister companies.

Saudi Arabia: Served as the only resident project manager developing

projects that included cold storage facilities, food processing

plants, and a major hotel renovation. Responsibilities comprised of

coordination and supervision of all projects and developing additional

projects. Projects exceeded $26 million in contracts.
