designed an RFIC architecture that meets the specifications in GSM
05.05 version 5.5.1 (ETS 300 910). Using link budget analysis, Agilent
ADS and Spectre RF tools, Blocking characteristics, Intermodulation
characteristics, receiver sensitivity and reference interference level
were determined.
. Performed Frequency and Power planning for CDMA and GSM systems.

. Device testing and evaluation of S-parameters and characterized using
load pull method for large signals.

the material properties.
