I was deployed under Title 10 orders with the Ohio Army National Guard on a peacekeeping mission between Israel
and Egypt. Our mission consisted of three main duties: Working the MFO Entry Control point to ensure base safety,
Emergency Response Team crew member that cleared routes and responded to emergencies along the Egyptian/Israeli-
Palestinian border, and manning remote site operations to ensure that both countries adhered to the policies of the
treaty.
