LEGAL 1995 - Present Practicing Attorney have been engaged
in
EMPLOYMENT the practice of law in the States of Michigan and Ohio and
concentrating on areas of business issues and compliance
with State, Federal and local laws; the individual business
compliance with State and Federal regulatory matters; and
negotiating contracts between the client and its customers,
and/or sales agreements whether involving real estate
transactions or the purchasing/selling of business units;
further assisting in negotiations involving financing
whether for the client or the clients customers. My
practice has been involved from a sole practitioner level
to a law firm. During my practice I have been involved
with transactional/contract work with companies such as
Marco's Pizza, Steven's Disposal, and HCR Manor Care.
As part of my representation of these businesses, I
have had to deal with other issues such as criminal and
family law, and as a subset, immigration issues. Further,
my duties involved litigation in State and Federal Courts
in Michigan and Ohio.
Created and developed seminars for members of the
Monroe County Bar Association and the Monroe County Defense
Bar Association.
1997-1998 Assistant Monroe County Friend of the Court
Attorney, where my duties included negotiating and
collecting child support from the obligers
1994-1995 Legal Assistant to Linda N. Mansour, Esq.,
Toledo, Ohio Business/Commercial Law where in the firm
represented several businesses and the firm was obligated
