security framework to maintain disease- free flock. Supervision of 28
company employees and contract pullet farms and day to day duties
including lighting, feeding, watering, daily equipment maintenance,
feed inventory, delivery and artificial insemination. Also
responsible for hatchery and the daily operations including
transportation of eggs and chicks, and egg set coordination. Oversee
routine maintenance of farm and hatchery facilities; interact with
scientists and senior management for blood sampling, and data
collection. February, 1998 to August, 2002.

Overseeing two hatcheries, supervising 40 employees, coordinate chick
vaccination, disinfecting, egg fertility checks, inventory, budget,
Agrastats reports, submit monthly air samples and fluff tests to
Georgia Poultry Diagnostic Labs, scheduling chick deliveries and egg
pick ups, and full-automated and manual chick processing.

Gainesville, GA.
Managing quarantine hatchery, pullet farm, and supervise laying farm
manager.
Coordinate with USDA on imported egg shipments, clearing 5-week old birds
from
quarantine, and documenting bird health to meet USDA guidelines. Also,
artificial
inseminate, following company bio-security procedures for grow out houses
and
hatchery, perform blood tests, farm budget and calculate feed for farms.

Professional Accomplishments
Inventor, U.S. & International Patent: The present invention provides
a method of fertilizing an egg in a shell. The invention also provides
a method of fertilizing an egg in a shell, whereby a live chick is
hatched. The invention also provides developmentally early stage
oviposited avian eggs.
Overseen start up of a breeder operation and recruiting growers for 4
million heavy breeder hens from four different states with
OvoBiosciences. Reopened a Jamesway hatchery and hired service
personnel.
Planned and overseen the construction of a 2.5 million broiler
hatchery with ChickMaster equipment with Breuil Automation Equipment.
Worked directly with UGA Poultry Science Department to help develop
transgenetic birds to produce pharmaceutical products.
Active member of North Carolina Poultry Federation, 2001-2006
Sold and overseen installation of ozonated water purification systems
for approximately 75 different NC and AK broiler and breeder farms.
Put together a new sales team force for Systeng Automations.
Owner and Operator of a local heavy breeder farm consisting of six
breeder houses, utilizing biosecurity standards, and managing six
