Senior Process Engineer
Specified, justified, and led implementation of cost reduction and
multimillion dollar capital expenditure projects. Conducted training on
setup reduction techniques and lean manufacturing, including value stream
mapping. Audited and updated job assignments including bills of material
and process routers.

Managed a three-shift operation consisting of 250 employees in
manufacturing, quality assurance, engineering, materials management,
sales, accounting, and human relations. Developed five-year plans
including market strategy, capital budget, and financial targets.
Negotiated union contracts and all other phases of grievance procedures
including presenting at arbitration cases. Supervised design and
revisions of progressive dies, bend dies, and stamping dies. Held full
P&L responsibility.

> Expanded copper tube business from one to three shifts and
transitioned business from loss to profitability by tripling annual
sales from $6 million to $18+ million.
