Serve as the Lead Logistician Management Specialist for the Bradley System
in the Closed Combat Weapon System Project Office responsible for assuring
that critical actions are integrated and properly executed to provide a
cohesive approach to logistics support requirements. I acquired and
distributed $50 million dollars of system spares and repair parts in
support of MTHEL, Stinger and Avenger. Served as government contract
technical manager, to include, tasking, reviewing, and evaluating
contractor. Developed logistical requirements for inclusion in system ILSP.
I develop and defend internal operating budget logistics requirements for
these two supply, maintenance systems as well as knowledge of all Log
functions on these systems to include supply, maintenance, training,
manpower, budget and management information sys to include
transportation/transportability. Performed Team Leader (Chief) duties in
the absence
of the assigned Team Leader (Chief) on numerous occasions. I developed
SHORAD Total Pig Fielding (TPF) requirements and included in the TPF plan.
I plan, direct, coordinate and review assigned areas of the logistics
program which encompasses the operations and activities related to
logistical support provided to Program Executive Offices. I work
sustainment issues on Bradley, Patriot, Avenger and Stinger as well as
MTHEL. Coordinated with PM functional elements to resolve major programs
and policy conflicts. Serves as the ILS, Manprint authority for all supply,
maintenance actions on the Avenger and Patriot systems. Performed
maintenance management functions for the above assigned systems. Conducted
Stinger and Avenger program planning, coordination, implementation and
management of programs to insure life cycle logistics supportability IAW
ILS practices, procedures, regulations, statutory
requirements to insure logistic supportability of fielded systems has been
accomplished.

SHORAD Project Office ensuring that critical actions are integrated and
properly executed to provide a cohesive approach to logistics support for
the AVENGER Weapons System/WSMD. I planned, directed, coordinated, and
reviewed assigned areas of the logistics program which encompassed the
operations and activities related to deployment, Foreign Military Sales,
procurement, maintenance, supply, training, storage and
transportation/shipping of materiel and facilitated operational readiness.
I was the Liaison and interfaced with both contractor and government
personnel regarding materiel of organic depots to arrange for modification
and production retrofit research and development support. I have also
worked logistics/supply actions relating to TOW, BRADLEY, HELLFIRE and
CHAPARRAL, PATRIOT and MLRS. Performed Team Leader
duties in the absence of the assigned Team Leader on numerous occasions.

I served as an Inventory Management Specialist with responsibility for the
Integrated Materiel Management and control of a group of missile system
secondary items which includes requirements determination, distribution
direction, depot level maintenance direction, procurement direction, and
disposal direction. I was responsible for the complete integrated materiel
Management of assigned items as well as developing, executing, and
supporting approved programs and assisting the team leader, supervisor, and
or other managers in completion of special projects. I analyzed and
reviewed approximately 70 supply control studies and approximately 40
budget strats and assured staffing was completed to higher echelons. On
several occasions served as Acting Branch Chief (Supervisor) when needed. I
scheduled and reported depot level maintenance requirements in support of
worldwide requirements.
I worked acquisition issues to ensure that procurement schedules were
delivered on time especially when an item was in a critical supply
position. I coordinated production and depot level maintenance schedules
working with engineering change proposals and modification programs.
