As an internet support technician, I received phone

calls from customers pertaining to issues that they

were experiencing with their internet service. It was

my duty to assess the issues at hand find an

appropriate solution. Additionally, I made outgoing

calls to customers to resolve more advanced issues.

During all calls, I was also required to simultaneously

record the situation and what I did to alleviate the

problem in a call tracking program, thus improving on

my typing skills, and ability to type at nearly the rate

of speech. I am now able to type at an average of 80-

85 wpm.

I was also given the distinguished opportunity to

travel to Minnesota and Montana to assist in the

training of satellite internet installers.

Attended computer skill competition, and placed

second in the speed typing event, where I was judged

and criticized on not only speed, but accuracy as well.
