Logistic manager, test and Evaluation Division
Integrated Logistics Support evaluator for acquisition and fielding of test
equipment for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System
test program. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates the technical aspects of
ILS for materiel systems in all phases of acquisition. Plans and
coordinates, as a member of a team of professional analysts, the test and
evaluation of systems. Provides ILS input to evaluation plans, assessments,
analyses, briefings and reports. Uses logistics and supportability models
to evaluate the suitability of systems, reviews Test and Evaluation Master
Plans, requirement documents, test reports, acquisition and supportability
programmatic documents. Represents the organization at ATEC System Teams
(AST) meetings, Operational Test Readiness Reviews (OTRRs), Integrated

Serves as the principal noncommissioned officer and senior advisor to the
Commander, 59th Ordnance Brigade & Ordnance Munitions Electronics
Maintenance School. Responsible for the training, utilization, and ongoing
assignment of over 2,263 military and civilian personnel with and annual
budget of approximately $27.4 million. Senior management coordinator for
the military training, development and education annually to an average of
7,426 United States and International Military Service personnel in
ammunition supply and logistics, missile test and development, electronic
and radar repair, and explosive ordnance disposal (EOD). Knowledge of the
organization and functional activities providing logistics support, DA
supply and maintenance, system programming and allocation Quality Assurance
experience in ammunition and explosive management and handling with the
ability to use metrology and statistical methods to diagnose and correct
improper quality control practices, an understanding of human factors and

MARCH 2004 - JUNE 2005 BATTALION COMMAND SERGEANT MAJOR/SENIOR SUPERVISOR
Responsible for the management and supervision of a Direct Support/General
Support Wartime Host Nation Ammunition Battalion consisting of over 332
personnel. The diverse workforce consisted of U.S. soldiers, Korean
augmenters to the U.S. Army, Korean Service Corps, and Department of the
Army Civilians. As the senior enlisted supervisor, I managed over 40
percent of the entire U.S. Army's ammunition inventory; stored in 10 depots
and 24 Ammunition Storage Points aligned throughout the peninsula.
Displayed a broad range of logistics relationships or significant expertise
and depth in several of the specialized fields of logistics operations
overseas. Analyzed and resolved quality problems, prepared inspection plans
and instructions, selected sampling plan applications and performed Quality
Auditor analyzes on all elements of a quality system and judges its degree
of adherence to the criteria of industrial management and quality
evaluation and control systems. Dispalyed comprehensive knowledge of
logistics policies, which includes knowledge of all facets of maintenance
and supply support concepts, logistics support concepts, ILS elements,
readiness assistance concepts, ammunition, personnel and skill requirements
for joint logistic operations. Successfully managed the retrograde of over
77 short tons of War Reserve Stocks-Korea stocks to the United States for
destruction while utilizing the latest in technological tracking and
accountability devices such as, the Radio Frequency Identification and the
Standard Army Ammunition System-Modernization. Supervised all rail and
seaport transportation operations and hazardous cargo shipment
requirements.
JULY 2003 - FEBRUARY 2004 THEATER SUPPORT COMMAND OPERATIONS SENIOR
SUPERVISOR
While serving as the senior enlisted supervisor for the 19th Theater
Support Command in South Korea, I managed all matters concerning vehicle
maintenance, property accountability, and supply chain management. I planed
and oversaw all seaport and rail retrograde operations within the area of
operations for all classes of supply. Supervise and approved the
preparation of air load, sea vessel, rail and cargo vehicle shipment plans.
Displayed knowledge of and ability to apply a variety of analytical methods
and techniques to unique and complex logistics matters. Provided
statistical analysis to the Commanding General on stockage objectives
pertaining to subsistence, petroleum fuels & lubricants, construction
materials, ammunition, personal demand items, major end items, medical
materials, and repair parts within the classes of supply management.
Developed plans, procedures, and functional directions that address asset
management, distribution, and related strategic planning functions, which
have Command wide implications. Utilized the Joint Operation Planning and
Execution System and Common Operating Picture-Korea to maintain 100 percent
visibility of life cycle items. Planned and executed joint military
exercises to include: the Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data for all
deploying line items, Courageous Channel, Noncombatant Evacuation
Operations and Ulchi Focus Lens; which are large scale war fighting command
post exercises. Developed root cause analysis and prepared risk
assessment/analysis experience in all training exercises.
JUNE 2002 - JUNE 2003 BRIGADE SUPPORT OPERATIONS AND TRAINING SENIOR
SUPERVISOR
Senior training and operations supervisor for the 59th Ordnance Brigade
which consists of two Ordnance, five training departments, and three
detachments located throughout the United States. Responsible for the
planning and coordination of military and civilian school schedules,
community support tasking, the Command Supply discipline Program, command
inspections, Standing Operating Procedures and policies and quarterly
training and resource reviews. Accountable for over 200,000 dollars worth
of training ammunition to provide Ammunition Logistical Support to over
1,500 training personnel annually. Supervised all ranges and support for
all live fire training.
