Experience Summary:

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) - Administrative Officer

(March 2010- September 30, 2010) Strategic Studies Department in (JSOU) Joint Special

Operations University.

Responsibilities: Create travel reservations and accommodations, Issue orders in Defense Travel

System (DTS) or Invitational Orders, CONUS and OCONUS. Travel Voucher Examiner &

Accounting Technician in DTS. Function as the division expert of the D TS. Certify fund availability

to cover all commitments and obligations and vouchers for reimbursement. Research and

determine cause of discrepancies to initiate necessary adjustments. Examine and process

vouchers. Verify adequacy, legality, propriety of fund usage and determine entitlements.

Administrative Duties: Various clerical and administrative duties in support of a joint service

organization. Compile detailed recurrent and non-recurrent correspondence and reports using a

variety of media platforms for unit and corporate level. Researching, proof-reading and finalizing

all correspondence. Utilize knowledge of all standard commercial office software; Excel, Word,

Micro Soft Outlook, Access, Power Point, and Sharepoint.

Office Automation Duties: Compile, record, file, and type detailed reports. Screen and forward

incoming/outgoing mail and ensure completion by suspense dates. Develop, establish, and

maintain office procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations regarding the

administrative, clerical, and procedural work of the unit. Offer the support of conferences,

symposia and Special Operations Courses. Manage the JSOU course schedule. Records

Technician Duties: Establish, update and maintain office records of various types. Establish files,

maintain, purge and disposal of office records and files in accordance with regulations and

procedures. Exercise control over reference materials. Prepare and consolidate time and

attendance records. Responsible for receipt, control, logging, safekeeping, and necessary action

to the owner of Creative Design & Editorial of Visual Effects & Sound Design Film Company:

Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, handling them when appropriate, meeting and

gained experience practicing bodywork in various settings such as chiropractic offices, assistant

to a doctor of (TCM) Traditional Chinese medicine, 7 years of therapeutic massage with weekly

clientele. My experience includes work in spas offering; body wraps, salt/sugar scrubs, pregnancy

massage, aromatherapy, foot detox, hand and foot paraffin treatments. Hot stone massage,

medical massage, deep tissue, therapeutic and glass fire cupping. I have been an active member

of the FSMTA since 2003 and eagerly pursue learning experiences within new massage

modalities. I have continued my education with training in cranial sacral therapy, neuromuscular
