. Performed the lithograph process to fabricate the photo-detector at clean

room.

. Designed and laid out the photo masks for photo-detector and flexible

transistor using AutoCAD software. Role as designer and contact person

. Designed and built optical metrology equipment using spectrometer,

optical lenses, helium-neon laser, CCD, A/D converter to measure the

motion of interference stripes driven by PZT (piezoelectric ceramics

. Processed and analyzed optical image signals using Fast Fourier Transform

method.

. Developed software to measure the micro-motion of objects based on the

optical and image processing system.
