I have a keen problem solving ability, I taught myself how to repair the CVD coating system which cuts down

time and is cost effective. I am always looking for new way to improve myself by learning as much as possible

about all the different functions of the group. As a delivery driver I was very efficient in getting the product

delivered on time and logging new orders for the next day delivery and keep inventory of the stock in the

warehouse. As a machinist at Beretta USA I have discovered new and more efficient ways of machining the

assembly.

QUALIFICATIONS

PPG Technical Center, mix different chemicals in glove box for the coating process reactivated two chemical

vaporizers for the sierratherm cvd (continuous vapor disposition) coater and piped them into the glass coating

slot along with the carrier gas mass flow plumbing and calculated the new flow rates. Improved the sealing of

the coating and exhaust plenums by making aluminum gaskets, I have worked out the dial pot settings for

different belt speeds from 7(ipm) to 50(ipm) and recalculated the timer setting’s for each stage of the run.

Replace bad heating elements and controllers, troubleshoot and repair cvd coater and laboratory equipment. I

also set-up and operate the pyrolytic coater (tamglass furnace) which uses different water base precursors on

high temperature glass to install a protective layer. Part of my responsibility is to order repair parts and

chemicals I search the internet and parts books for the best value and quality available. I work with the group

PhD & technicians to find the most precise way of doing the process

Industrial Experience

• Set-up and operate cnc and manual mills, program adjustments and operated cnc lathes.

• First part inspection for precise position of machine surfaces.

• Utilized variety of measuring instruments including all types of micrometers.

• Used Leco RO600 & EF400 analyzer, Calibration of equipment,

• Filtration of fluids, disposal hazardous materials, titration, and material digestion.

• Replace stainless steel tubing for transportation of different gases to coating the process.

• Replace thermocouple wiring for the different temperature sensors.

• Tear down, and rebuild coater unit contaminated with different hazardous chemicals.

• Mix by weight and blend powder chemicals for the making of aluminum bath salts.

• Replace gas cylinders for the process and glove box.

• Clean laboratory glassware with 10% nitric acid and di water solution.

• Disassemble and rebuild electric melting furnace.

• Operate over head crane, fork lifts, power tools, cutting glass.
