. Handle apartment check-in and check-out inspection, and complete

report at move-out.

. Supervision of cleaning of units and responsible for hiring and

training of sub-contracted cleaning personnel.

. Provide ongoing communications with property owner and property

managers on a corporate level.

. Responsible for Contractor and Sub-Contractor supervision on all

regular and non-regular jobs; bid collection and negotiation.

. Review Contractor, Sub-Contractor, and Maintenance billing for

accuracy, prior to submitting to property owner.

. Responsible for maintaining a high level of Tenant and Neighborly

relations.
