Led the Y2K compliancy telecommunications directives project, which ensured that all computers and

telecommunications equipment was Y2K compliant for all 1100 U.S. Army Reserve stations and

Led the Recruiter Initiative Project, which brought all U.S. Army Reserve recruiters back into Army

bases from remote field offices nationwide. Work included bring in new phone lines and data

connections as well addressing telecommunications issues and concerns at the facility

Led PBX Directive Project, which brought in T-1s, PRIs, DID numbers, PBXs at U.S. Army Reserve

facilities, thus eliminating the charges and needs for standard phone lines at each facility
