PROGRAM MANAGER, INFRASTRUCTURE/ARCHITECTURE SERVICES
Oversaw 6 technology project managers working multiple tracks within the
Customer Focused Reinvention program budgeted at $34 million.
. Directed the program management initiative for Allstate's Customer
Focused Re-engineering (CFR) program. Managed budget of over $30
million, along with 100+ resources.
. Developed and formalized the divisional project management office to
support all project management work in support of CFR. Hired outside
contract PM's and acquired internally qualified PM's to manage
specific tracks of work in the CFR program.
. Created and implemented the demand management/work intake process
which was used to provide the necessary governance overall requests
coming into the Enterprise Technology and Architecture Services (ETAS)
organization. Provided and communicated metrics gathered and reported
on in support of this critical process.

A venture capital backed software firm which provides workforce management
services via their software as a service (SaaS) product offering.

that provided implementation and integration consulting services to users
of the Insight application.
. Established initial groundwork / built the project and program
management office from the ground up. Implemented an Area of
Competency (AoC) model to support appropriate resource utilization in
line with client needs.
. Directed the Fieldglass / Verizon implementation program, guiding the
program team (inclusive of Verizon resources) through the addressing
of issues, development of options, and presentation of recommended
resolutions to Verizon executive management
. Implemented a statement of work (SOW) management process resulting in
the reduction of outstanding SOW's from 75% to less than 10%.
Established relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSP's) to

. Managed the move of Hewitt's corporate data center to a newer 14,000
square foot facility.
. Led the consolidation program of 500 Windows servers down to 18 using
VMware Virtual Server. Successfully consolidated the hardware,

licensing, and resource costs.

vastly increased customer satisfaction. Reduced errors 90%; cut cost
