PROGRAM MANAGER, INFRASTRUCTURE/ARCHITECTURE SERVICES

Oversaw 6 technology project managers working multiple tracks within the

Customer Focused Reinvention program budgeted at $34 million.

. Directed the program management initiative for Allstate's Customer

Focused Re-engineering (CFR) program. Managed budget of over $30

million, along with 100+ resources.

. Developed and formalized the divisional project management office to

support all project management work in support of CFR. Hired outside

contract PM's and acquired internally qualified PM's to manage

specific tracks of work in the CFR program.

. Created and implemented the demand management/work intake process

which was used to provide the necessary governance overall requests

coming into the Enterprise Technology and Architecture Services (ETAS)

organization. Provided and communicated metrics gathered and reported

on in support of this critical process.

FIELDGLASS, INC., Chicago, IL

July 2007 - July 2008

A venture capital backed software firm which provides workforce management

services via their software as a service (SaaS) product offering.

Direct reports included 3 senior managers and 5 technology professionals

that provided implementation and integration consulting services to users

of the Insight application.

. Established initial groundwork / built the project and program

management office from the ground up. Implemented an Area of

Competency (AoC) model to support appropriate resource utilization in

line with client needs.

. Directed the Fieldglass / Verizon implementation program, guiding the

program team (inclusive of Verizon resources) through the addressing

of issues, development of options, and presentation of recommended

resolutions to Verizon executive management

. Implemented a statement of work (SOW) management process resulting in

the reduction of outstanding SOW's from 75% to less than 10%.

Established relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSP's) to

facilitate the rapid turnaround of outstanding SOW's.

Managed HRO (Human Resources Outsourcing) programs for key clients, along

with directing project managers.

. Presented and delivered e-commerce technology enabling Hewitt to

capture new revenue flow of $12 million from accounts eager to

outsource human resource management functions.

. Managed the move of Hewitt's corporate data center to a newer 14,000

square foot facility.

. Led the consolidation program of 500 Windows servers down to 18 using

VMware Virtual Server. Successfully consolidated the hardware,

resulting in an annual savings of $1.7 million in maintenance,

licensing, and resource costs.

. Managed HRO implementations for clients such as Duke Energy, Wachovia,

and Marriott.

provided technology support, deployment, break/fix repair services,

procurement, and technology asset management functions to the entire

organization of over 5,000 end users in 33 locations.

. Elevated the e-commerce strategy, resulting in triple-digit growth in

EDI orders. Generated $1.2 million in aggregate cost savings and

vastly increased customer satisfaction. Reduced errors 90%; cut cost

of processing each order from $5 to $1.50.
